Crostini with Goat Cheese and Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Dip
- Creamy goat cheese and our savory Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Dip combine to make a crostini topper that is perfect for holiday entertaining.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Dip1 large Baguette
8 oz. Goat cheese, softened
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Slice the baguette into 1/2″ slices. Toast bread slices in oven for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Remove from oven and spread with a small amount of goat cheese. Top with Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Dip and serve.
Cherry & Pomegranate Jeweled Brie
- This jeweled brie is the perfect party addition.
Ingredients
1 (8 oz.) Brie, top layer of rind removed1 cup Combination of chopped nuts and dried fruits, such as almonds, walnuts, cranberries, raisins, etc.
4 oz. Robert Rothschild Farm Tart Cherry Preserves with Pomegranate
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place prepared brie in a small, shallow baking dish. Top with preserves and bake for 5 – 8 minutes or until cheese is partially melted. Sprinkle with the fruit & nut mixture and serve with crackers, toasted bread or apple slices.
Hot Pepper Raspberry Meatballs
- Hot Pepper Raspberry Chipotle Sauce poured over meatballs in a slow cooker is a quick and easy appetizer that everyone will enjoy.
Ingredients
1 lb. Meatballs, frozen1 3/4 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Pepper Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
Instructions
Place frozen meatballs and Hot Pepper Raspberry Chipotle Sauce in a crock pot and let cook until meatballs are thoroughly heated.

Ingredients
1 package Prepared pizza dough1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Dirty Martini Dip
Instructions
Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick. Spread Dirty Martini Dip over entire pizza dough leaving 1/2-inch uncovered from both side edges. Cut into 1 1/2-inch wide strips, then cut down the center to form 5-inch long strips. Start at the middle and roll up strips (like a cigar) towards the uncovered end. Place a toothpick through the cocktail roll to hold together and place upright on a greased or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degrees F oven for 8 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F and cook for an additional 6 – 8 minutes until golden brown and lightly crisped.
